Job title: Foreign Investment Business Consultant
Job duties: Advise foreign corporate clients on entity establishment and U.S. market entry strategy; assist with business formation, tax registrations, and federal/state regulatory compliance for newly established subsidiaries; provide tailored consultation on structuring cross-border investment, capital deployment, and intra-company transactions; support clients in setting up accounting systems and internal controls aligned with U.S. standards; coordinate with internal assurance, tax, and valuation teams to deliver integrated support for newly formed businesses; conduct financial analysis and forecasting for business planning, and assist clients with banking, leasing, and vendor negotiation processes; and monitor U.S. business regulations affecting foreign-owned entities and communicate compliance requirements to clients.
Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or Finance and at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications
- CPA license required (active and in good standing)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, TeamMate)
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a strong plus
